BUGGIN Products (Ground Shipping Only)
BUGGIN contains alcohol-based ingredients and ships via ground transport only.
- Ships via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage
- Cannot be expedited or shipped by air
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days
If your order includes BUGGIN, it will ship via ground service.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Some items are released in small batches or as pre-orders. If that’s the case, the expected ship window will be listed on the product page.

We’re a small operation. Once a package leaves our hands, it’s with the carrier—but if something looks off, reach out and we’ll help sort it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
